What data we process and why
We process the data you voluntarily provide by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form (name, phone, email and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request, prepare quotes and manage the resulting business relationship.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when contacting us (art. 6.1.a GDPR), the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations such as tax rules (art. 6.1.c).
Retention
We keep your data for the duration of the business relationship and, once it ends, for the periods required by applicable tax and civil law. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within one year at most.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. Technical providers supporting this website (hosting) act as data processors with GDPR-compliant guarantees.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rgpd@serveipenedes.com or by post to the controller’s address, enclosing a copy of your ID. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
