Servei Penedès was born in Les Cabanyes with a simple idea: anyone in the region should be able to solve any need of their home, community or business with a single phone call.
Who is behind Servei Penedès?
Servei Penedès is led by Pau, who coordinates a team of local professionals: builders, plumbers, electricians, climate-control installers, painters and carpenters. All are local professionals with verified experience and many years working in the homes and businesses of the Alt Penedès.
We work the way small towns do, in the best sense: everyone knows everyone here, and the best advertising is doing a good job at a neighbour’s house. That is why we never subcontract strangers. Every person who knocks on your door is part of the team or a regular, trusted collaborator.
How do we work?
With a single point of contact per client: a coordinator who knows you by name, prepares your itemised quote and follows the project from start to finish.
We work with leading brands — Roca, Grohe, Schneider Electric, Silestone — and comply with each trade’s regulations: REBT for electrics, F-gas certification for climate control and industry legalisation for photovoltaics. If one day we cannot do a job with full guarantees, we tell you and, when possible, recommend someone who can.
Where are we and which area do we cover?
Our office is at Avinguda U, 40, Les Cabanyes (08794), a 3-minute drive from the centre of Vilafranca del Penedès, with easy access from the AP-7 (exit 29) and the C-15. From here we cover all 27 municipalities of the Alt Penedès and the neighbouring Baix Penedès and Garraf.
